1. What happens if I am not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is our primary goal!  If you are not satisfied, we are a phone call or email away. Our work is guaranteed 100% of the time.

2. What happens when I go on holiday?

Most of our clients like us to continue visiting when they are away for a week or two, so that our Angels can do a deep clean or you can give us other tasks, such as: cleaning out the kitchen cupboards, tidying linen cupboards, wardrobes or chests of drawers, additional ironing, changing bed linen, hoovering behind and under furniture.  However, we are also happy to suspend the service during holidays.

3. What happens if you are injured whilst cleaning my home?

Every Task Angel is fully covered under our comprehensive insurance.

4. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Through experience we have found that each client has a preference on products they like to use. We also have a recommended list that we can supply you with, and we will leave you a note if anything is running low. Also, for an additional charge of £3/hour we will bring all our own supplies, giving you peace of mind that everything is covered.

5. Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

The only additional charge is if our Angels need to purchase a car parking ticket whilst working in your home. If there are any special parking instructions, please let us know.

6. How do I pay Task Angels?

Unlike most cleaning companies, you only have to make one single payment each week/fortnight direct to Task Angels by standing order.  There is no hassle of leaving cash out for your cleaner.  We pay all our Angels promptly each week.

7. What days and time can i have a cleaner?

We do our best to allocate you your preferred day and time. We work for a minimum of 2 hours and our regular service can be either weekly or fortnightly.

8. What tasks will you do?

We will happily do any domestic cleaning requests, as well as ironing, tidying, cleaning out kitchen cupboards and organising clothes drawers/wardrobes. We also carry out a number of other Tasks, please refer to our website for more information.
