1. What tasks will you do?
We will happily do most domestic tasks, such as cleaning, washing, ironing, decluttering / tidying, waitressing for parties and child-minding. We can also offer specialist cleaning for windows, ovens, and carpets for end of tenancy and post builders cleans. Please see our services page for more information. However, if you need a little help with a task that isn’t listed please do ask, and we will always do our best to help. Perhaps you’re a regular client and have put your back out and need a little help walking the dog each day, or are off on holiday and would like someone to water the plants whilst you are away – these are all tasks we are happy to help with.
2. What days and time can I have an Angel?
We do our best to work to your needs, so please let us know what your preferred day / time is that you require some Angel assistance, and we will do our upmost to deliver for you. Our office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however we have Angels available to work around the clock Monday to Sunday inclusive.
3. For regular domestic cleaning, will I have the same cleaner?
Absolutely, with a couple of small exceptions, we like to be transparent… Firstly, if we do not have a regular cleaning Angel available at your preferred day or time and you are keen to start straight away, then a member of the office team will clean for you until we have recruited, vetted and trained a suitable replacement. Also, our Angels are only human and may on occasion get ill or go on holiday, if this is the case, Task Angels will always offer you a replacement cleaner whilst your regular cleaning Angel is either ill or away.
4. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
For regular domestic cleaning clients we have found that clients have their own preferences on which products they liked used within their home, therefore as standard we do not provide cleaning products for regular domestic cleaning. However, for one off cleans, such as end of tenancy and post builders cleaning, then yes we will bring all of our own products and cleaning equipment.
5. How do I pay Task Angels?
We kindly ask you pay your Angel directly either cash or cheque, and an agency fee to Task Angels which can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or standing order for regular clients.
6. Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?
The only additional charge is if our Angels need to purchase a car parking ticket whilst working in your home. If there are any special parking instructions, please let us know.
7. What happens if I am not satisfied?
Our work is guaranteed 100% of the time. Your satisfaction is our primary goal! If you are not satisfied, we are a phone call or email away.
8. What happens when I go on holiday?
If you are a regular client, and off on holiday for a well deserved break, we are happy for you to give us additional tasks on top of the normal cleaning, such as: cleaning out the kitchen cupboards, tidying linen cupboards, wardrobes or chests of drawers, additional ironing, changing bed linen, hoovering behind and under furniture. However, we are also happy to suspend the service during holidays if you prefer.
9. What happens if you are injured whilst cleaning my home?
Every Task Angel is fully covered under our comprehensive insurance.
