We’ve compiled answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about Task Angels services.

We offer initial deep cleans to set the standard for regular ongoing housekeeping clients on a frequency to suit you. If needed we can also liaise with our recommended specialist contractors to arrange a clean your windows, both internally and externally, we also arrange for our specialist contractors to clean your oven and carpets, together with other services as per the details on the Personal Assistant and Concierge Services Icon.

Please call us if you have renovated your home and are looking for an ongoing regular service and need a post renovation clean.

Please note we do not undertake – End Of Tenancy cleans, we will of course signpost you to companies that can assist you.

We do our best to work to your needs, so please let us know what your preferred day / time is that you require some Task Angel assistance, and we will do our upmost to deliver for you. Our office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We always aim to personally introduce a Task Angel that we feel will meet your brief and establish a good rapport with you to understand your requirements and the way you like your home to be beautifully cleaned and presented.

If your Task Angel is going to be away on holiday, they will notify you and will agree if cover is required, similarly on the very rare occasions that our Self-Employed Task Angels are feeling unwell, they will contact you personally to arrange an alternative day and time. If cover is required, Task Angels Ltd will arrange cover at the first available opportunity and liaise personally with you.

If at any time you or our Task Angel/s have not been suitably matched, we are always happy to resolve, we operate a “No Problem” approach and are always wish to please and make your day.

For an Initial deep clean: We provide our own equipment, products and cloths.

Regular Housekeeping:  We use the equipment, products and cloths as provided by our clients.

We kindly ask you pay your Task Angel directly by BACS transfer, and an agency fee to Task Angels which can be paid by setting up a direct debit with us for regular clients for regular clients.

The only additional charge is if our Task Angels need to purchase a car parking ticket whilst working in your home. If there are any special parking instructions, please let us know.

Our work is guaranteed 100% of the time. Your satisfaction is our primary goal! If you are not satisfied, we are a phone call or email away.
If you are a regular client, and off on holiday for a well deserved break, we are happy for you to give us additional tasks on top of the normal cleaning, such as: cleaning out the kitchen cupboards, tidying linen cupboards, wardrobes or chests of drawers, additional ironing, changing bed linen, hoovering behind and under furniture. However, we are also happy to suspend the service during holidays if you prefer.

Every Task Angel is fully covered under our comprehensive Task Angel insurance.

No – Unless agreed with existing client, when we are happy to be flexible.

No – Only to existing commercial clients.

Your Task Angel will always notify you as their client of any forthcoming holiday dates and offer you cover, Task Angels Ltd will always offer you a replacement Task Angel whilst your regular Task Angel is away on holiday.

(If cover is declined the agency fee is still applied.)

This is very rare as self-employed Task Angels; we like to be seen as reliable and consistent.

• Your Task Angel will contact you directly and offer an alternative day and time that they can be with you, to ensure continuity of service.
• If this is not acceptable, Task Angels Ltd will step in and offer the next available Task Angel and confirm their time and availability.
